3. Shipping and Delivery

The risk of loss and title for items you purchase passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Custom or personalized items are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
